Easy Bruschetta French bread recipe

So Every time I make this everyone thinks its amazing and wants the recipe so I am posting the recipe. Its super easy and its full of flavor.  This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep!

you will need

  • A loaf of french bread
  • 2 tomatoes
  • butter Pam spray
  • 1 jar of classico pesto basil
  • 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parmesan cheese

preheat oven to 350

cut your loaf in half and spray your Pam butter all over your loaf a good amount

next stir your classico pesto and you will use about 3/4 between both loafs spread the pesto all over the bread covering your bread

take your Parmesan cheese and sprinkle all over both loafs

next take your two tomatoes and slice and cut in half’s and place on both loafs. I try and have a slice of tomato for each piece that you will cut

I usually use a whole bag of mozzarella cheese Take your cheese and cover both loafs with the cheese.

Finally you will throw that in the oven for about 15+ min every oven is different you want all the cheese melted a the bread a little crunchy.

Hope you enjoy!
